As we build on this foundation, we’re ready to introduce two transformative positions designed to nurture our ongoing growth and success.
The first, Northern Nevada Builder, will play a vital role in cultivating our expansion across Northern Nevada. Based out of our Reno office, this individual will oversee projects north of Tonopah, depending on client needs. The Northern Nevada Builder will manage a variety of projects, from environmental initiatives in Battle Mountain to public works in Carson City. This role will be crucial in laying the groundwork for future development, ensuring that every project flourishes and aligns with our high standards. By building strong relationships with local stakeholders and adeptly navigating the region’s unique challenges, this individual will help our northern operations bloom into a robust and thriving hub of engineering excellence.
In tandem with this role, we are also transforming our current Administrative Manager position into a dedicated Human Resources Manager to better support our growing organization. As our company expands, it is time to focus specifically on our human resources efforts. This position will be essential in recruiting top talent, managing employee relations, and cultivating a supportive and dynamic work environment. By concentrating solely on human resources, the HR Manager will help us maintain and enhance our status as a Best Place to Work, ensuring our employees feel valued and motivated.
