For over 20 years, at GES and Eagle Drilling, twice a year we survey both the clients receiving our services and our staff who deliver those same services. Perhaps you are one of the many who have completed our short questionnaire. It should be no surprise that high marks in one survey are reflected in the other.
Our staff survey gives our team an opportunity to reflect and help shape our workplace and culture. With this information we can accentuate our staff’s high points and identify areas for improvement. Perhaps this is why a staggering 91% of our employees would recommend GES as a great place to work. This is nearly the same high number who feel proud to work at GES and say their manager is a great role model. These scores are even more telling when compared to national and industry benchmarks.
Outside of our office our client satisfaction numbers are well above the national average. While most companies are exceedingly happy with a 70% customer satisfaction rate, our goal has always been greater than 90%. While we don’t always achieve our goal, we are consistently near it
and have exceeded 90% the last three cycles.
What is the bottom line? When motivated staff approach their projects with pride, our clients receive a high level of service, creating a win-win for everyone involved. Also, we need to have more Waffle Wednesdays!
