Bringing the Conversation to You
This year, we hosted happy hour events right at our GES offices creating a relaxed space to share ideas and connect. In Las Vegas, guests enjoyed networking, and a quick soils presentation, while our Reno office welcomed clients into our lab for good conversation and light refreshments. These informal gatherings gave us valuable insight into your evolving needs and project challenges, which in turn helps us serve you better.
Connecting Through Community
GES proudly supported and participated in several charitable golf tournaments this year, including the Mesquite Golf Classic, Marv Byars Memorial Golf Tournament, and ACI’s 27th Annual Las Vegas Chapter Golf Tournament. We were honored to sponsor both the Marv Byars and ACI events, which support great causes while allowing us to engage with our clients in a fun and meaningful way.
New Traditions Taking Aim
We also introduced the GES Shoot Out, a sporting clays event that quickly became a favorite. Our inaugural shoot in St. George brought clients and team members together for friendly competition and plenty of laughs—especially when one of our team members took a shot at an already grounded clay target, showing his dedication to making sure no target got away! The momentum continued with a second shoot out in Carson City, reinforcing our commitment to building stronger connections in all regions we serve.
Investing in the Future
In addition to social events, we proudly sponsored and participated in MathCounts and Future Cities competitions, supporting young talent in STEM and reinforcing our belief in giving back to the communities where we live and work. These events aren’t just about having fun (although we certainly do),they’re about deepening our understanding of our client’s needs, improving communication, and building trust.
