This year GES has again been 
listed as a “Best Firm to Work For” by the Zweig Group. Many hundreds of North American firms apply, but less than half get recognized and even fewer make the prestigious list. The Zweig Group establishes baselines for employee surveys and measures each firm’s results against those numbers. Only a few companies in our region make the cut.
The competition to make the list is more and more fierce each year. Our leadership team doubles down on our efforts regularly with seemingly weekly events for our staff ranging from teambuilding and social gatherings to mentorship and training. Our employees recognize our effort to invest in our team in the anonymous surveys we take regularly. Some enjoy our competitive salaries, while others look to their future and the career paths their supervisors lay out for them.
